Responsibilities
- Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and feedback
- Collaborate with leaders and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutionsCreate user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
- Design UI elements and components that are reusable and scalable
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and other assets)
Required Skills
- A passion for crafting beautiful, intuitive user interfaces and an eye for UI/UX design
- Strong portfolio of design projects demonstrating your process and solutions
- Proficiency with design tools in our stack - Figma (pref.), Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.
- Ready to work hard to execute our mission and drive client success
- Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly articulate design decisions
- Bonus: Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
