Product Design Intern - Vancouver, BC - Relocation is not supported for this roleWe are seeking a curious and driven Product Design Intern to join our design team working on the EA app, a PC and Mac platform for users to find, purchase, and play their favorite EA games. As an intern, you will collaborate with experienced designers, engineers, and product managers to contribute to the creation of engaging and user-friendly experiences. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product design within the gaming industry.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in solving user and business problems.
• Clearly articulate design concepts and ideas to team members and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, researchers, and product managers, to translate requirements into clear design solutions.
• Create documentation, wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Learn new things and grow.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Curiosity and a willingness to ask questions and seek feedback to enhance learning and growth.
• Clear communication skills and ability to articulate opinions with thoughtful rationale.
• Portfolio showcasing design skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfort using design software such as Figma or the Adobe Suite.
• Reasonable understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and user research.
• Interest in gaming and the gaming industry is a plus.

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states.
