We operate as a small and collaborative team, where every voice is heard, and every opinion is welcomed. We aim to foster an inclusive & diverse environment where communication, personal growth and professional development are encouraged.

The position.

You will be creating website layouts and design assets working alongside a project manager and creative lead to ensure that design prototypes are on-message, compliant with clients’ branding & style guidelines and follow user experience best practices. To be successful you will need to have a background in web design with a strong focus on usability and information architecture, have excellent technical knowledge of design programs, specifically the Adobe Creative Suite, and show strong UX design skills with a keen eye for the details. You will be organized and a great communicator with a talent for working within deadlines.

What you will accomplish together with us.

  • Create webpage layouts and designs within our custom framework in support of client’s branding & marketing campaigns with a focus on usability and performance that will guide our development processes.

  • Meet changing deadlines, manage multiple projects in parallel, balance shifting priorities and focus on solutions to improve quality and efficiency as projects progress.
  • Although the focus here is on digital design for web, the ability to step in and support brand design and social content design is a huge plus.
  • Always helping us improve. You'll work alongside our Project Management and
  • Operations teams to continuously improve our process, become more efficient and increase the quality of our work.

What we are looking for.

  • Driven to be part of a unified team and a quickly-growing company
  • Love working and collaborating with like-minded individuals
  • General knowledge of website frameworks

What we require.

  • 1-3+ years of proven experience in professional design, preferably in a business-to-business environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite in a Mac computing environment, including Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop and Illustrator
