Job Description
The Web Designer is a creative professional responsible for conceptualizing and designing visually appealing web pages and landing pages, eye-catching display ads, engaging content for social media platforms, and cohesive branding materials. They possess a strong understanding of user experience (UX) and responsive design principles to create captivating and user-friendly digital assets. The Designer collaborates closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audiences, and brand guidelines, translating these insights into compelling and on-brand visual solutions. The ideal candidate should have a solid grasp of current design trends, proficiency in industry-standard design software, and a keen eye for detail to deliver high-quality, impactful, and cohesive visual assets that elevate the agency's digital presence and drive results for clients.


Qualifications


  • Extensive Portfolio: The candidate should have an impressive portfolio showcasing a diverse range of high-quality design work, including web pages, landing pages, display ads, social media content, and branding projects.
  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in web design, with a focus on web and branding projects, is required to demonstrate expertise and a track record of successful projects.
  • Web Design Proficiency: Profound knowledge of web design principles, responsive design, and user experience (UX) best practices, ensuring the ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly web and landing pages.
  • Branding Expertise: Strong conceptual understanding of branding and the ability to develop and maintain cohesive visual identities across various marketing materials and platforms.
  • Advanced Software Skills: Exceptional proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, or similar tools, to create polished and innovative designs.
  • Creative Vision: A unique and artistic approach to design, with the ability to think outside the box and bring fresh and innovative ideas to each project.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and precision in design work, ensuring all visual assets are pixel-perfect and align with brand guidelines.
  • Collaboration: The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, marketing professionals, and clients to understand project requirements and deliver outstanding design solutions that meet client objectives.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrated adaptability and openness to feedback, embracing constructive criticism to refine and improve designs continuously.
  • Trend Awareness: A keen awareness of design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep the agency's design work at the forefront of the industry.
