adtechnacity is a smarter, new-fashioned adtech and performance marketing solutions startup. We put technology, data science, and business intelligence at the center of everything we do to drive paid traffic acquisition at scale and maximize ROI for our partners and customers.

What started as a single-customer operation in 2017 in Atlanta, Georgia has grown into a fast-moving enterprise with a diverse, globally distributed staff that serves some of the world’s top brands as customers and partners in North America and Europe. Throughout our growth and evolution, we’ve maintained our commitment to building exceptional technology: technology that powers our decisions and competitive advantage. And we’ve built a culture that values experimentation, action, outcomes, humility, and above all, our people, along the way.

Our goals are ambitious as we continue to acquire strategic customers, uncover and capitalize upon untapped market segments, and bring new products to market. That’s why we are looking for highly skilled, curious, self-directed people to drive the next phase of adtechnacity’s evolution.

As the Web Designer, you will play a pivotal role in addressing our web design challenges from a performance perspective. You’ll have the opportunity to use both your creative and analytical skills to generate millions of monthly visitors for our owned and operated web properties and see immediate results from your work. As a critical part of the media team, your work will directly impact revenue not only for the organization, but the well-known brands we proudly call clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Build new landing pages that prioritize conversion and find balance between performance and aesthetics
  • Analyze existing landing pages and their various components in order to understand and improve performance
  • Determine defining characteristics of audiences as well the value of user actions and the effectiveness of page themes and messaging
  • Conduct tests and experiments to determine optimal designs, configurations, etc. to ensure pages convert at highest possible rates
  • Monitor industry trends, developments, and best practices, evaluating their effectiveness; integrate new findings into the internal design strategy
  • Collaborate with the media team to gain a comprehensive understanding of the impact of their work and exchange ideas to improve landing page performance

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Intermediate proficiency in HTML and CSS with the ability to interpret, construct, and troubleshoot code
  • Ability to interpret and find meaning in data
  • Proactive, oriented toward action versus reaction, and able to anticipate needs
