[Volunteer] UI/UX Designer

Job Title: UI/UX Designer Intern (Unpaid)

We are seeking a talented and motivated UI/UX Designer Intern to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer Intern, you will work closely with our design and development teams to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our web and mobile applications. This is an unpaid internship opportunity for a determined and creative individual who is looking to gain hands-on experience in UI/UX design and contribute to real-world projects.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our design and development teams to understand project requirements and user needs
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate UI/UX concepts and solutions
• Design user interfaces that are visually appealing, easy to use, and aligned with our brand identity
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iteratively improve designs
• Collaborate with developers to ensure successful implementation of UI/UX designs
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software
• Basic understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and information architecture
• Strong visual design skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Portfolio of previous UI/UX design work (can be school projects or personal projects)
