Through a combination of training and hands-on project work, students have the chance to gain a deeper understanding of the industry and develop skills that are valued in the workplace.

The first week of February, 2023, through the end of the school term
10, split between website, UI, and UX. The top performing developers during Feb-Apr have priority access to Dyne's summer internships (both co-op and non co-op)
Every volunteer has access to a large list of features, issues, design requests, and user feedback tickets. Each ticket is assigned a point value from 1 (easiest) to 8 (hardest). Most points at the end of the semester wins - Hogwarts style!
For all positions: Self-driven Work Ethic, User-driven Development, and Clear Communication
Website Designers: Webflow, Technical Writing, Firebase
UI Designers: Figma, UI/UX principles (Consistency, contrast, etc.), Canva
UX Researchers: Dovetail, Customer discovery frameworks (Sees thinks feels does, etc.), Technical Writing
Relevant experience with these tools is a huge bonus! Good Luck!
