(Volunteer) Marketing Fellowship, Design Intern

Parachute is seeking a creative and ambitious designer who wants to gain experience beyond the classroom to join our Marketing Fellowship Program as a Design Intern.

This is an unpaid, greenfield internship opportunity with the chance to grow into a full-time paid position with equity at an early-stage edtech startup.

Parachute partners with career services teams at universities, community colleges, and tech bootcamps to enhance their ability to provide comprehensive career development training.

What you’ll do

• Work directly with the founders to help form a vision for Parachute’s design assets
• Develop and create new creative concepts and designs that will increase brand awareness
• Collaborate with Marketing Fellowship interns to integrate designs in social media campaigns
• Set your own hours with flexibility based on productivity (min of 5 hours per week)

Who you are

• A courageously curious storyteller with a passion for learning new things
• Personal and/or professional experience in either creative design and/or product design
• An ability to juggle multiple projects at once
• Preferably, holds design certifications or designations OR equivalent work experience in a related field
