Volunteer Internship role for Experience Researcher for Digital Wellness Startup based on Ayurveda

We are an early stage start-up with a mission to bring the holistic approach of Ayurveda to the global wellness & healthcare market via a consumer-focused AI-powered diagnostic and recommendation platform. We leverage our in-depth knowledge of Ayurveda, proprietary diagnostic algorithms and a strong capability to execute in the digital innovations space. Our co-founders have the most comprehensive knowledge of Ayurveda in the space.

We are seeking Experience Researcher for a volunteer internship role who will help with various research tasks to inform product strategy choices. The role a part-time volunteer internship for 2-3 months, with an opportunity to convert to team member role with a competitive compensation plan. This is an opportunity to work alongside some of the top experts in innovation design, brand & consumer strategy, experience design and learn new skills while working for a great cause.

Key skills

1) Research Skills:

• Qualitative Research Abilities: familiarity with designing, conducting, and analyzing interviews, surveys, focus groups, or observational studies.
• Quantitative Research Abilities: basic understanding of statistical analysis and ability to interpret numerical data.

2) Analytical & Critical Thinking Skills:

• Ability to synthesize complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Skill in identifying trends and patterns in large datasets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Familiarity with the healthcare/wellness sector is a plus.
• Understanding of Ayurvedic principles is a plus.
