Internship Program Details: To be eligible for this program, you must be able to work in a hybrid environment and be on site 3 days per week at our Lowell - MA or Weston (Fort Lauderdale area) - FL office. This is a full-time role Monday through Friday from 9:00 am- 5:00 PM EST.

UKG’s Intern Academy program is dedicated to helping college students jump start their business careers at a top-ranked technology company that cares about its people. About the UX UI Track:
The UKG Ready User Experience Design Team consists of talented interaction designers, visual designers and researchers who collaborate closely with each other and with product managers, software engineers, program managers and customers to bring the next generation cloud product to life. We are a UX bunch that values customer success and works tirelessly to make this UX magic happen while having fun. Join us for this internship that offers you opportunities in strategic, product suite and system level initiatives as well as hands-on experience with interaction and visual designs.
• Create Pre-boarding and Onboarding dashboard templates to improve the Time-to-live experience for our customers.
• Work with cross-functional team to enhance the basic scheduling experience based on the Advanced scheduler.
• Document and expand on the UKG Ready Design Language System (DLS) so that it can be easily consumed across the organization and meet the latest and greatest product suite needs.
• Create UI component libraries for Figma to help designers consistently comply with UKG Ready patterns in their mockups.
Qualifications
• Pursuing a degree in UX design, HCI, visual arts, graphic design, cognitive psychology or similar field. Work samples necessary.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, polished interpersonal skills, strong self-motivation and maturity.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of Figma and Sketch
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work in a team environment.
Internship Eligibility Details:
