We are seeking a talented and motivated UX/UI Designer/Developer to join our team. This individual will play a key role in conceptualizing and implementing the user experience and user interface. The ideal candidate should possess superior UI/UX skills, and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, transforming them into intuitive, and functional user interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final specifications for engineering as well as testing of the product throughout development to ensure that the specifications are being met, and to redesign as required to accommodate development roadblocks.
- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Develop prototypes and UI designs that are readily translatable to React based front-ends based upon readily available design systems such as Ant Design, Bootstrap, etc., and to popular Wordpress themes such as Avada, Divi, etc.
- Be responsible for identifying, coordinating, and managing external freelancers who may be required from time-to-time to supplement content creation (such as animation or original drawings) or developers to ensure effective and efficient completion of the project.
Qualifications
- Proven UX/UI experience with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Experience with UX/UI design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, InVision, etc.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Professional written and verbal English communication skills
