We want someone who knows the big picture but articulates every little detail when creating user flows and high-fidelity prototypes to ensure best-in-class online experiences and solutions.

Your Day to Day:

  • Include a strong portfolio of design pieces in your application.
  • Prepare and present rough drafts and high-fidelity mocks to internal teams and key stakeholders.
  • Proficiently use software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud and any additional prototyping or wireframing tools.
  • Design solutions that show a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design while keeping accessibility and brand at the forefront of considerations.
  • Strong multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks to keep pace ahead of the development team.
  • Contribute to UX research and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to conceptualize user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
  • Test UI elements and CMS implementations to ensure they meet design standards and brand guidelines.
  • Adhere to and evolve style standards for typography and graphic design to reflect brand identity.
  • Think artistically and critically and adapt quickly when receiving feedback from a diverse set of stakeholders.

What you’ll need:

  • Experience designing business applications and/or ecommerce websites.
  • Illustration, video, and animation experience.
  • Training, certification or formal education in Product Design and UX/UI Design.
  • Incredible organization skills and excellent communication in spoken and written English.
  • Front-end development understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript principles.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a bonus.
