This person will deliver quality customer-centered design that drives engagement and improves customer experiences.AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Support the overall Digital UX strategy to deliver against our growth OKRs.
  • Collaborate with UX, product, and tech stakeholders to explore identified needs and opportunities within existing web and app products and in-progress designs.
  • Create user-centered solutions by considering customer feedback, user research, online trends, click/usage data, etc.
  • Create, apply feedback, and iterate on flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Possess a basic understanding of the end-to-end customer experience, system integrations and dependencies.
  • Contribute to design systems.
  • Collaborate on user test plans and execution.
  • Ensure designs are inclusive and meet accessibility standards.
  • Communicate design decisions, rationale, and direction through documentation.
  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-3 years of UX, UI, UCD experience.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates your approach to problem-solving and design processes.
  • Proven experience working with multi-departmental teams and creating UX artifacts.
  • Proven ability to apply an analytical and data-driven approach to solving problems.
  • Experience in user interface design, interaction design, and visual design principles.
  • Excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects with competing priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Possesses forward-thinking and consistently explores emerging digital trends.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • College degree in design, user experience design, marketing, or psychology preferred

The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Alterra Mtn Co Shared Services Inc. salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Alterra Mtn Co Shared Services Inc.'s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives and many region-specific benefits.Denver area base salary range: $57,000 - $84,000 per yearPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
