Walmart Global Tech is looking for a talented UX/UI designer to join our Associate Digital Experience team. As a part of the ADE UX team, you’ll design digital products that deliver exceptional experiences for Walmart associates. The tools that we build digitally enable users, improve efficiency, and help our fellow associates make more data-informed decisions for their teams and the business.
If you are the type of person who enjoys solving complex problems, operates with intention, delivers for the user, knows how to build trust and strong relationships, and advocates for the success of the entire team - then our UX/UI Designer position could be for you. The ideal candidate will be an experienced UX/UI Designer, who can communicate design recommendations, execute design ideas, lead discussions, and maintain stakeholder relationships.

Enterprise Business Services (EBS) is an organization that sits within Walmart Global Tech. Our mission within EBS is to enable Walmart's global enterprise to spend smartly, act digitally, and build trust with associates and shareholders. Our UX team aligns to Global Technology for Trust and Transformation (GT3), which supports Global Governance and Global Responsibility initiatives. We build tools that digitally transform the user experience for Walmart associates in Global Security, Legal, Philanthropy, and Sustainability.

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, graphic design, visual communication, product design, computer science, information technology, or related area and 2 years’ experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area. Option 2: 4 years’ experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area.
