Description

Join the team shaping the future of healthcare! MedBridge is a dynamic software company working with the country’s largest healthcare providers to build technology solutions helping patients get better faster, while decreasing the overall cost of care. Our Product team is growing and looking for an enthusiastic UX/UI Designer to join us! We hire in the following states: AZ, CO, FL, IL, MA, MI, MN, NC, NY, OR, PA, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI.

The U.S. Healthcare industry is going through a transformation. Patients want access to better healthcare tools and experiences and healthcare systems are stretched beyond capacity and adapting to the new normal after the pandemic. In this role you'll be working on the teams that are being tasked with solving these problems.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate all-round UX/UI Designer who excels at user-centric product development. Combining interaction and visual design skills, you will define the UX and design of our platform. You will get full exposure to the business and development of the product. Working alongside talented mission-driven product and engineering colleagues, this is a great opportunity to bring your experience and passion to bear on a product that will not only change how providers can treat their patients, but have a direct impact on the health and daily lives of the patients using our software.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for a designer that’s not only excellent at designing but also thinks strategically and systematically. You should have a deep understanding of UX/UI design principles and be able to use your skills to create intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing designs. We are also looking for someone who will advocate for an integrated, consistent design across the end-to-end product experience.

More than that, you should be a great communicator who can advise on the strategy of the company, show a desire to learn and understand our market and can communicate across multiple teams. You’ll be expected to collaborate with product managers, engineers, stakeholders, users, and other cross-functional partners to create best-in-class software experiences

What do we require?

  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates a deep knowledge of UX design principles and methods, UX research methodologies, prototyping, and rapid experimentation
  • Extensive knowledge of Figma.
  • Demonstrate experience in collaboration and design handoff with engineering and quality assurance, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and design prototype specs
  • Experience reducing complex problems down to the right balance of simplicity and ease-of-use while meeting user needs
  • Demonstrate experience in using design systems to streamline product consistency
  • At least 2 years of experience

What do we prefer?

  • Experience designing for multiple devices and interactions, including mobile (web and native applications), tablet, and desktop
  • Experience working in the Healthcare industry
  • Experience with accessibility standards and designing for inclusivity

** Please feel free to attach your portfolio with the application ( if any).
