THE POSITION

Our UX/UI Designer will have a significant role in the success of the company. This role will be a part of a global team of UX-Designers and Quality Assurance specialists working closely with our developers, products owners, and external/internal clients in the development of our software, Exonaut. This individual will have the exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects spanning across the globe! Their responsibilities will involve generating data, developing concepts and prototypes, and collaborating on innovate solutions to take our software to the next level.

THE JOB

Our UX/UI Designer will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough investigations and mapping of end user workflows
• Generating mockups and wireframes to visualize design concepts
• Developing of hi-fi prototype for optimal user experience
• Creating of UI elements, including icons, to seamlessly integrate into our applications
• Managing and enhancing the graphic profile of our software suite
• Developing innovate solutions to enhance and advance our product
• Performing other related duties as assigned

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in human computer interaction, graphic design, or related field.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of industry experience in UX/UI design or related creative discipline.
• Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with ability to travel internationally to work with our clients and teams.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of prototyping user interfaces (Axure, Adobe XD, Figma etc.)
• Knowledge in the production of graphic elements for applicants on various platforms.
• Experience in software development in teams
• Experience of agile development methods (Scrum, XP, etc.)
• Strong teamwork and customer-facing/relationship building skills
• Willingness to take on new challenges and the never-give-up attitude required to overcome them.
• Solution-oriented approach and the ability to keep calm under pressure and solve problems timely and effectively.

A full-time, on-site position with 40 hours per week is being offered.
