Highwire is the Contractor Success Platform for builders and owners of capital projects. We are embarking on an exciting growth phase and looking for the best talent in Boston and Boise.
To support this growth, we’re looking for a UX/UI Designer to create seamless and cohesive user experiences and interfaces for our clients. If you’re seeking a challenging role that allows you to wear multiple hats in the product design space, this just might be the role for you.
As our second UX hire, you will play a key role in crafting exceptional user experiences and interfaces that ensure brand trust and user clarity. In this highly visible role, you’ll partner with product managers, engineers, as well as executives & senior leadership to execute against our ambitious product roadmap.
This is the perfect role for someone with at least a few years of experience designing effective UX and UI for SaaS solutions. You should have expert-level proficiency with industry-standard tools like Figma, Sketch, or InVision (bonus points if you’ve dabbled in front-end development frameworks like Angular!). If you’re equally comfortable interviewing customers as you are pushing that last pixel until it’s perfect, we want to meet you.
Benefits:
Our benefits go well beyond the basics. To support your work-life integration, we built a benefits program that takes care of the whole person, including physical, mental, financial, and emotional health.
