StreamScan is a fast-growing Montreal-based company specializing in operational cybersecurity (MDR managed security service, intrusion detection, incident response, etc.).
Our team of cybersecurity experts develops the next generation of security tools based on artificial intelligence to protect companies against hackers. StreamScan offers technologies and a multitude of security services both in Canada and internationally.
The candidate will play a key role in the company's operations. As a member of the R&D team, he/she will contribute to the development of Streamscan's cybersecurity technologies. Responsibilities:
- Take charge of the evolution of the user interface design.
- Contribute to the definition of the objectives of the new functionalities and understand the customers' expectations.
- Participate in meetings to validate the work done and obtain feedback.
- Understand the user journey, and illustrate it in a UX framework.
- Design the interface (3D), decorate with shapes and colors.
- Produce mock-ups, user paths/scenarios, prototypes or any other appropriate deliverables.
- Participate in the development and optimization of the customer relationship.
Analyze and track usage performance metrics.
Junior or internship accepted.
Ability to work in French or English
