Job Description:
Position Overview: As a UX/UI Designer at Haven Health Management, you will play a critical role in creating intuitive and engaging user experiences for our healthcare applications and websites. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design user interfaces that improve the delivery of healthcare services and ensure a positive experience for both patients and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user requirements and project goals.
- Conduct user research, user testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
- Develop user interface designs that prioritize usability, accessibility, and aesthetics.
- Ensure consistency in design elements and maintain design systems.
- Work on iterative design improvements based on user feedback and data analytics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
- Ability to conduct user research, create user personas, and perform usability testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
