We are a start-up company that is hiring interns to develop our online networking platform who are:
- Detail-oriented and organizational skills that comply with design requirements
- Capable of collaborating on speculations of the project scope working closely with developers, graphic designers, voice-over developers and other necessary roles.
- Identifying key problems and asking relevant questions to generate soluble answers to that will prioritize the development of the website.
- Experience and knowledge in UX/UI design is preferred
- User-centered design knowledge that is defined by user-insights for better navigation of design requirements.
- Knowledge of Adobe Programs including Adobe XD, HTML, CSS Styling and Dreamweaver.
- Motion Graphic Design and Animation Design a plus.
- Must have own laptop
- Network connectivity speed of 100 Mbps or higher
- B.S./B.A. students who are graduating or have graduated in Information Technology and Computer Science, Graphic Design, or Technical Related Fields.
The role of the UX/UI designer will:
- Optimize and digitize a user experience in research and development of innovative design designated by each assigned network using its performed functions.
- Conduct user research to provide users with a seamless experience to maintain engagement with the guide and user participation.
- Identify key components that factor in on problems for a better user experience.
- Creating user personas for each assigned network identifying primary users and user data, relationship behavior, demographics, key quantifiers and activity analysis to uncover how each assigned networks products are built to determine user interaction and habits of everyday usage for a better web experience.
- Organize content to ensure usability features and efficacy of information architecture to allow users to access the website with ease of use.
- Designing style boards to meet the design requirements to improve performance of website based on user data.
- Creating user flows and wireframes to maintain the users journey and web flow for better more improved performance when interacting with the website
- Building prototypes to determine if user features are functioning and are working properly. Performing tests to determine the interactions between the user and the website using a tangible design.
- Finalizing website performance updates and testing new features, design and function allowing users to participate in performing feedback responses directly to “The Guide” interacting with the website using a minimal viable product to make the decision.

20 work week hours for 6 months!
