UX Researcher Summer Intern

Description

As the UX Researcher Intern you will be hands-on to leverage the skills and experiences from your program to actively contribute to completing high-impact strategy. You will have the opportunity to be part of real-life projects in our Product Design team that will help you grow both professionally and personally. You will have the opportunity to work across the organization to use a wide variety of your skills to research, analyze, present, and refine your findings in impactful ways to the business.

You will also have an executive sponsor and mentor as well as an intern program coordinator. During this program, you will also have access to Senior Leadership across the organization to learn about various functions and opportunities across the business.

During this internship, you may have the opportunity to:

• Leverage your experience to partner in Research, Analysis, Reporting and Communication.
• Use analytical skills to analyze research data and and create recommendations to drive the business forward.
• Understand and analyze various drivers impacting key metrics around engagement and conversion to provide a fact-based recommendation to the stakeholders.
• Experience opportunities to use your skills in impactful projects, meetings, and presentations to senior leadership.
• Constantly be challenged to generate smart solutions to business problems using your academic and personal insights.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree
• Good standing within accredited MBA program
• Concentration in strategy, and/or operations is beneficial but not required
• Intellectual curiosity
• Enthusiasm
• Comfort working in abstract and often undefined problem spaces
• Design tools such as Figma, Axure and Research tools like Maze, MS Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• A/B Testing and Analysis
