The Program Coordinator drives operational excellence to support a qualitative UX research program. You work closely with UX researchers, ResearchOps, and various client stakeholders. You are regularly responsible for fielding and coordinating multiple concurrent research studies within the program. Each study is unique in its goals, staffing, scope, deliverables, and timeline/deadline. Most studies are remote and each can range from 4-12 weeks in duration including scoping & planning, participant recruiting, study material preparation, data collection, and delivery.

Superb organization, attention to detail, time-management, and communication skills are essential for being successful in this role. Building and maintaining rapport with client stakeholders both at a program level and individual project levels is also a critical part of this role.

Some basic terms:

  • Location: US-based remote
  • Capacity: Typically during 8-5 ET Mon-Fri;flexibility for needs-based work outside normal office hours
  • Travel: occasional

Interests of an ideal candidate:

  • Interest in international research, learning about other cultures, languages, etc.
  • Interest in having an exposure to a variety of products, verticals, research types, etc.
  • Interest in remaining in the field of ResearchOps and further strengthening your subject matter knowledge of UX research, methodologies, best practices, etc.

Experience we are looking for:

  • 1+ years in the field of UX research, ResearchOps, or similar research coordination role, ideally with experience supporting international research
  • Previous client-facing experience; able to confidently lead client calls, build rapport, and maintain relationships with various diverse stakeholders
  • Project planning and project management; managing timelines, triple constraints, scope creep, etc.
  • Wizard of all things Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, etc.)
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree

A plus but not a must:

  • Knowledge of UX research methodologies and best practices
  • Knowledge of inclusive design research (people with disabilities, assistive technology)
  • Experience working in an agency setting
  • Experience with project management tools like Monday.com
  • Experience with research tools like Qualtrics, Lookback, etc.

Salary range for this position is included in accordance with current state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, experience, and performance in the role.

Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000
