The Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented UX Intern to join our team. As a UX Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our product team by ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on active healthcare accounts, identifying potential customers for product rollout, and assisting with user research efforts.


The goal of this internship is to prepare the intern for a role in either a Product or UX team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic and supportive environment. Who You Are

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel.
  • Past experience giving presentations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience with Figma is a plus
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced start-up environment

What You’ll Do

  • Assist in cleaning data: Work closely with the product team to clean and maintain accurate information on active healthcare accounts. This involves reviewing and organizing data to ensure its reliability and usability.
  • Aid in identifying potential customers: Collaborate with the team to identify potential customers for the additional rollout of our nuclear product. Conduct research and analysis to identify target markets and user segments.
  • Support outreach efforts: Assist in reaching out to customers who have been given access to the nuclear release. Engage with them to understand their sentiments towards the new pages released on Nuclear. Collect feedback and valuable insights to inform product improvements.
  • Organize and conduct product feedback sessions: Assist in organizing and conducting continuous product feedback sessions and community panels. Collaborate with the UX team to plan, coordinate, and facilitate user research activities. Take detailed notes and synthesize feedback for analysis.
  • Provide support for merging designs: Collaborate with the design team on efforts related to merging Oncall designs with Apploi. Help ensure a smooth integration and a seamless user experience. Assist in testing and providing feedback on design iterations.
  • If the intern demonstrates exceptional performance and initiative, there may be opportunities to take on additional work that aligns with their personal career goals.
