We are looking for UX Design Interns to join our team this summer. In this role, you’ll work closely with seasoned UX designers to learn the techniques and methods of Design Thinking and the innovative research tools used to validate design and research hypotheses. You will also work closely with other product management and engineering interns to build a proof of concept and validate it with internal and external stakeholders by summer’s end.

You have an eye for design, and the ability to spot small details that others might miss. You love digging into meaty, complex problems, and finding ways to deliver intuitive software. You bring curiosity, empathy, and a sense of humor to everything you do.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design scalable, clear, logically organized web-based product experiences
  • Seek out and incorporate feedback from users and cross-functional team members

Typical Qualifications

  • Formal training of UX or interaction design experience (either certification or accredited degree in Human Factors / Human Computer Interaction)
  • Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity and complexity
  • Interest in developing a deep understanding of US healthcare.
  • Portfolio of work demonstrating strong analytical skills, great interaction design, and meticulous communication skills

* This role will be Hybrid and you must be within a commutable distance to our Watertown, MA office. Internship date are from June 13th - August 18th *
