- Role: Produce the most applicable artifacts at each stage of the UX design process whether it be low, medium, or high fidelity
- Partner with UX Research team to gain the optimal understanding of the users and their problems
- Present work with clarity. Always aligning to experience objectives and outcomes
- Facilitate or co-facilitate discovery, ideation, or co-creation workshops
UX Digital Product Designer - Mandatory Skills
- BA/BS Degree or Diploma in Design (e.g. interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial), Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science (CS), or a related field or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio or case studies that focuses on how you delivered high quality applications with cross-discipline teams
- Experience in an applied research setting including experience integrating user research into design
- Demonstrated ability to articulate design strategy, rational and logic; describing benefits and highlighting risks associated with design decisions
- Experience in leading design in a product environment
- Demonstrated expertise with design, prototyping, and research tools
UX Digital Product Designer- Preferred Skills
- Design & prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe CC is nice to have
