Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and driven UX Designer to join our dynamic startup team. As a UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in designing and enhancing the user experience of our innovative products. This position is open to candidates who are eligible for the Curricular Practical Training (CPT) and Optional Practical Training (OPT) programs during their first year.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project goals and user requirements.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate user flows, interactions, and interface designs.
- Implement user-centered design principles to create intuitive and engaging experiences across different platforms (web, mobile, etc.).
- Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics data, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs, maintaining consistency and quality throughout the development process.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, techniques, and tools, and apply them to improve our design processes and deliverables.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or a related field.
- Eligibility for Curricular Practical Training (CPT) and Optional Practical Training (OPT) during the first year.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, user-centered design principles, and successful UX projects.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user research methodologies, usability principles, and information architecture.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions based on user needs and business goals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with a proactive and self-driven attitude.
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
