UX Designer I

Picture yourself in a vibrant UX team that thrives on collaboration, research, creativity, and a passion for delivering top-notch user experiences across our diverse product line. Your daily routine will involve:

• Championing exceptional user experiences across software products like point-of-sale software, e-commerce site, league management tool, and mobile app.
• Embarking on customer research and usability testing both on-site and remotely.
• Translating user stories into high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
• Infusing your work with cutting-edge design practices, explaining your design rationale.
• Collaborating with the development team to bring your designs to life.
• Directly engaging with customers and internal stakeholders to understand user needs.
• Maintaining and employing personas for persona-driven design.
• Partnering with other designers and developers to push our products forward.

If you’re nodding your head in agreement and possess:

• A degree/diploma in Design, Graphic Design, User Experience Design, or a related field.
• A mastery of design principles like typography, color theory, layout, and responsive web design.
• A finger on the pulse of current and emerging design trends.
• Strong familiarity with Accessible Design (WCAG).
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma and Miro
• A track record of data-driven design using various research methodologies.

Salary: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
