We are currently seeking a talented UX Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating intuitive, user-centered designs that enhance user experience and drive engagement. As a UX Web Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into compelling design solutions. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from website redesigns to new feature development, contributing your expertise in user experience design to deliver exceptional digital experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project goals, user needs, and business requirements.
  • Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gain insights into user behavior and preferences.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and user interactions.
  • Develop design solutions that prioritize usability, accessibility, and visual appeal while adhering to brand guidelines and best practices.
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and user testing results, continuously refining and improving the user experience.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure successful implementation of designs, providing design specifications and assets as needed.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX design, incorporating new ideas and techniques into your work.
  • Advocate for the user throughout the design process, championing user-centered design principles and advocating for the best possible user experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a UX designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work and process.
  • Proficiency in Adobe based design tools and WordPress.
  • Knowledge of user research methods and usability principles.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time.
  • Loose familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Experience designing for responsive web and mobile platforms is preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week

Experience level:

  • 2 years

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

  • UX: 1 year (Preferred)
