Join our startup team at OmniSynkAI, where we're revolutionizing e-commerce synchronization! As an intern, you'll work closely with a team of seven designers and researchers, gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

About OmniSynkAI and the Team:
OmniSynkAI is an exciting startup on a mission to empower small businesses in managing orders seamlessly across various e-commerce platforms. Our team, consisting of 7 designers, researchers, and engineers, is dedicated to making a significant impact in the e-commerce landscape.

What You'll Be Doing:
As an Entry-Level UX Designer specializing in Design Systems, your primary responsibility will be to collaborate closely with our design team to craft a seamless and consistent web platform. Your tasks will involve building and refining design components, variants, color schemes, text styles, and padding/margin guidelines. You'll play a key role in establishing and maintaining a robust design system that ensures visual cohesion across our platform. This includes analyzing and optimizing the user interface for a polished and user-friendly experience. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the design lead to implement design trends and contribute to the continuous improvement of our e-commerce platform.

Ideal Skills/Qualifications:

• You know Design Systems: Proficiency in conceptualizing and implementing design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency in web platform development.
• Visual Polishing: Ability to enhance the visual appeal of components and maintain a high standard of design aesthetics.
• Design Trends: Stay updated on the latest design trends, especially those relevant to e-commerce platforms, and apply them effectively in your work.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on whitespace, attention to detail, and precision in design elements to create a visually pleasing and user-centric interface.
• E-commerce Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with popular e-commerce platforms and an ability to analyze and incorporate successful design strategies from different platforms.
• Collaboration: Comfortable working in a team environment, collaborating with designers, and taking guidance from the design lead to achieve a cohesive design system.
• Flexibility: We'd love to welcome people from diverse backgrounds, including bootcamp graduates and current undergraduates like us, who demonstrate a solid understanding of design systems.
