UX Design Intern
- Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in design courses.
- Preference to candidate that has some examples of work in a portfolio or similar presentation
- Some experience in Figma or Sketch.
- Ability to work with clients to understand requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
- Experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions.
- A solid grasp of user-centered testing methodologies.
- Ability to iterate your designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
- Ability to communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
- A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design.
- Be willing to help teammates, share knowledge and experience with them, and learn from them.
- Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
- Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies.
- Bachelor's degree a MUST
- Take ownership of UX Research projects as assigned.
- Work collaboratively with a lead researcher/designer on UXR projects as assigned
- Create research plans to solve software or other business problems.
- Choose and employ most effective methods to answer a research question or
- Problem (e.g., contextual inquiry, card sorting, usability testing protocols).
