REQUIREMENTS
- Strong fundamental knowledge of Design practices and tools such as design thinking and sketching, decision mapping. Experience with user research, prototyping & wireframing, Figma, Axure, and conducting deep user research is an asset.
- Appreciation for all forms of design and how they collaborate — interaction, visual, content.
- Engaging with designers, product teams, challenges and specific software to uncover user insights.
- Presenting information to others (to the design team/business stakeholders).
- Participating in brainstorming sessions.
- A willingness to try new experiences and a love of learning.
- Excellent communication skills (oral, written, graphical).
- Portfolio of work in experience design projects.
