Job description

We're looking for an UX coordinator to join our talented team of product designers, UX specialists and product managers to design best in class experiences for mobile apps, websites and anything else that has user interaction. Our ideal candidate has excellent project management skills, with either experience or a strong interest in UX and design. As a UX coordinator, you'll help keep the team in sync with the needs of our clients as well as have the opportunity to expand your UX knowledge while working with our highly experienced team.

Role Details:

• Coordinate all active projects and deliverables
• Support the team with UX documentation
• Schedule user testing sessions and take part in the testing process
• UX production work when required
• Track client requirements and help communicate them to the broader team
• Collaborate with other members of the team, to conceptualize and deliver client work as well as internal marketing initiatives
• Champion the brand both internally and externally

What we're looking for:

You are someone with:

• 1-5 years of experience working in Design/UX or related field or project management role
• Post-secondary education in a related field
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Working knowledge of Figma
• Ability to work well within a creatively minded team, as well as independently
• Ability to prioritize time sensitive projects and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail, and above-average coordination, and organizational skills
• the ability to show initiative and bring forward new ideas to the team

Salary: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
