We are looking for an undergraduate User Research Intern for a paid, 100% remote, 8-week internship. The expected weekly time commitment for this opportunity is 10 to 20 hours per week.
Please note that this internship is a 1099 contract opportunity, not a W2 opportunity.

This role may require you to
- Leverage Jobs-to-be-Done to discover, define, and prioritize customer needs and customer segments
- Conduct and document customer interviews using Jobs-to-be-Done Theory and Outcome-Driven Innovation
- Support market selection and market research initiatives for MyDataProduct's portfolio of products and services
- Produce slide decks, blog posts, canvases, and other written/visual communication assets
- Collaborate with teammates using Slack, Trello, Google Workspace, and other software
An ideal candidate has
- Demonstrated experience in a UX research, product strategy, UX strategy, or product design role
- Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills
- Effective modular thinking skills as evidenced by the ability to break down large, intricate undertakings into a series of smaller self-contained tasks
- Emotional intelligence and coachability
