Your mission:

As a User Interface Designer, you will create and iterate over the visual design of digital experiences. You will work closely with the Journey Owner, CX Designer and developers to create an exceptional user experience that will meet customer needs, journey vison and objectives. You`ll be responsible for conceptualizing and designing elegant, intuitive and hard-working interfaces. You will work in a highly iterative way directly with the developers and scrum masters in order to enable a fast-paced and iterative development delivery process. You are experienced in designing for early stage MVPs with a large amount of ambiguity as well as iterating over live designs with input from data and analytics for real life user testing.


We are looking for people who:

  • Deliver UI and interaction designs for desktop, tablet and mobile products refining concepts from early wireframes to high definition designs.
  • Define UI standards, processes, guidelines and libraries for future use with adherence to product branding requirements.
  • Act on feedback from user research, product analytics, internal stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, survey and user interface experiments in collaboration with CX/UX Designer and Journey Owner.
  • Help Journey Owners and CX Designers to define both long and short-term vision and roadmap for building delightful experiences.
  • Collaborate with other designers within and across teams to problem solve design challenges and maintain a level of design consistency across journeys.
  • Stay on top of industry best practices, consumer /market trends and competitor developments.

As our ideal candidate you will also have:

  • Experience as a UI Designer across web, mobile and tablet preferably in an iterative
  • Advanced proficiency with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InVision.
  • Strong understanding of platform-specific (Responsive Web, iOS, Android) visual frameworks and best-practice interaction guidelines.
  • Ability to get draft concepts and mockups as quickly as possible with the desire to continuously refine and improve based-on feedback with the ultimate goal of always producing world-class work.
  • Working knowledge of user interface design principles and methodology
  • Strong working knowledge of HTML5/XHTML, CSS3 and JavaScript
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter who is self-motivated but also a team player with a professional presence.
  • UI abilities shown in a portfolio of live projects
