The NAIT Web Development and Production Team plays a pivotal role in designing and developing exceptional digital experiences for students, staff, and stakeholders. We are committed to enhancing user experiences through innovative design and cutting-edge technologies. Our team is preparing for a large-scale redevelopment of our website and digital ecosystem. To support and guide this project effort, we are seeking a talented User Experience specialist with experience in research, audience analysis, testing, and journey mapping. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including designers, developers, content strategists, and stakeholders. Through consultation with our customers and stakeholders, you will provide insights that inform the design process and ensure the development of user-centric solutions across our web platforms and other digital marketing and communications channels.
