What it’s like to be a Northbridge User Experience (UX) Analyst
As a UX Designer Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience across our digital products and services. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining an efficient and cohesive design system that ensures consistency, scalability, and usability across all touchpoints.

If you are great at:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and designers, to establish an organizational design system that aligns with our brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the implementation of designs aligns with the intended user experience and technical feasibility.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system that includes visual design elements and UI components.
- Conduct regular audits of existing digital products and services to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to the design system.
- Create and document design guidelines, patterns, and best practices to ensure consistent implementation of the design system.
- Create wireframes and prototypes for both mobile and desktop platforms to visualize design concepts and user flows.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design systems, and proactively recommend enhancements to our existing system.
- Conduct user research and usability testing, to gather feedback and insights for improving the online quoter's user experience.
- Create wireframes and prototypes for both mobile and desktop platforms to visualize design concepts and user flows.
- Utilize analytic tools such as UserTesting and HotJar to gather valuable insights into user behaviour and identify patterns that inform data-driven design decisions.
- Have a strong passion for understanding users' needs and aspirations and translate them into product outcomes that meet their expectations.
You have:
- A bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- A portfolio showcasing projects that demonstrate your understanding of UX principles and your ability to solve design problems.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Experience with Storybook
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow in the field of UX design.
- Strong interest in user research and understanding user needs and behaviours.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
