Position Purpose:
Learn various job functions within the Managed Care industry and explore various career opportunities
Apply academic knowledge and learn new skills by contributing to various projects
Research various legal, regulatory, and other topics within functional area and industry
Attend training and development presentations to enhance professional competencies
Position Purpose:
Join our Population Health Design & Product team as a UX Designer Intern.
Partner to plan, research, and facilitate design thinking / human centered design activities for service and products across digital and non-digital touchpoints. Support UX/HCD activities, including consultations and design sprints. Apply human centric design principles and tools to clarify problems, create shared alignment, and craft appropriate solutions that have the human experience at the forefront.
Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university or college, preferably in a field related to the hiring department through the internship period. Degree or Major related to UX/Human Centered Design, Computer Science, MIS, Business or Design preferred. Experience with Sigma preferred but not required.
