Role Overview:
As a UI Designer at Trajekt Sports, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces for our web and mobile applications. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will translate design concepts into compelling UI designs, ensuring a seamless user experience that aligns with our brand identity.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to understand project requirements and objectives
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs based on user-centered design principles
- Conduct user research, analyze user feedback, and iterate on designs to optimize user experiences
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and resolve any design-related issues
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI design
- Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and provide creative input to enhance overall design quality
- Maintain and organize design assets, style guides, and UI components for easy accessibility and consistency
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, showcasing a strong portfolio of previous UI design projects
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar software
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards
- Excellent visual design skills with an eye for aesthetics, typography, and color theory
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
