The Role
Plan, gather, and analyze insights about users through new studies and review of existing data.
Compile finished, well-documented research findings to deliver meaningful and actionable insights for internal consumption
Manage, execute, and analyze usability sessions with support from other team members
Build storyboards to conceptualize designs to convey project plans to stakeholders accurately
Responsibilities
Must Haves:
Experience planning and executing research
Experience creating surveys for research through various media platforms to gather feedback on user's ease of use and satisfaction interfacing with company websites and products
Competency in data analytics and qualitative aspects of UX research
Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
Proficient in design software like Figma
Strong commercial acumen with a positive, pragmatic attitude
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
Qualifications
Nice to Haves:
Prior experience working as a UX researcher/designer
Applied recent studies and findings to establish the best overall design elements to include in UX design experiences
