Job Description:

As a UI/UX Support Analyst, you will be part of an agile delivery team focused on delivering new customer-facing web-based applications with an emphasis on providing modern and intuitive design for our customer. You will serve as a core support member for the team working closely with the Business Analysts and high performing development team to help manage the product.

Ensure the safety and security of our nation as a UX Systems Engineer at GDIT. You’ll apply the latest technology and provide operational support to deliver actionable intelligence for the Intelligence Community. Here, your work will have meaning and impact as you deliver your best every day.

HOW THE UI/UX SUPPORT ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Applies knowledge and provides UI design artifacts to all phases of the software to business development lifecycle.
  • Applies guidance and standard design principles to user needs for software User Interfaces.
  • Learns and understands UX design standards and strategies to bridge developer and business teams.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Education: BA/BS (or equivalent experience)
  • Required Experience: 1+ years of relevant experience
  • Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/ Polygraph
  • Required Technical Skills: Familiarity with web or UI design tools.  
  • Preferred Skills and Abilities: Flexibility to changing requirements and an evolving technical solution. The ability to learn about User Experience principles and apply design guidance to UI screen designs. Familiarity with web-based business applications (as a user or designer). The desire to learn UI design tools to create high quality screen mockups. Familiarity with HTML and CSS based UI frameworks.
  • Required Skills: Excellent written communication and presentation skills; Team focused and self-motivated; willing to develop and implement solutions in a dispersed team environment.
