About Raborn Media's Fellowship Program

The Raborn Media Fellowship Program aims to identify, develop, cultivate, and retain undiscovered talent to build a more robust and agile team to continue delivering exceptional services to our clients. The Fellowship Program allows individuals to gain valuable insight into the marketing industry, learn how marketing businesses operate, hone their current skills, develop new skills, and potentially gain full-time employment following completion of the program.


To be considered for the Raborn Media Fellowship Program, the candidate:

  • Must be authorized to work legally in the United States
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be motivated and willing to work with and learn from Raborn Media employees
  • Must be skilled at working collaboratively, developing creative solutions to complex problems, and working as a member of a team to achieve organizational goals
  • Must have the ability and willingness to learn project management tools and processes
  • Must be customer service oriented and willing to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations
  • Must be able to think critically to make informed and logical decisions
  • Must have previous experience working in UI/UX design tools (preferred: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the creation of personas, user flows, journey maps, and wireframes and other relevant deliverables
  • Translate wireframes into pixel-perfect visual design comps
  • Prepare visual assets and specifications for developers, working closely with the development and design team to implement design
  • Create interactive prototypes for client demo and user testing purposes
  • Assess, refine, simplify, and develop clear and effective information and page architecture
  • Creates designs that align with client goals and specifications for all digital media, including website and social platforms, and email marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with team members to create - then manage - project timelines
  • Creates, assigns, and maintains tasks within project management software to ensure project milestones are met, the creative team understands their assignments, and projects are completed on time and in full
  • Performs other duties as assigned


Fellowship Program Structure

The Fellowship Program will be 12 weeks in duration and will be split up into three primary learning phases:


  • Phase 1: General Operations and Position Overview (~1 week)
  • Phase 2: Project Management and Client Communication (~3 weeks)
  • Phase 3: Critical Thinking and Creative Problem-Solving (~8 weeks)


The Raborn Medial Fellowship Program may be extended by mutual agreement between Raborn Media and fellow.


Deadline for Applications

The Raborn Media Marketing Coordinator Fellowship Program will accept applications through April 25, 2023. Qualified candidates will then progress to the next phase of the selection process, which will include the submission of two recorded videos.
