Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of user interfaces for web and mobile applications under the guidance of senior UI/UX designers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and product managers, to gather requirements and translate them into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and insights for improving the user experience.
- Create visually compelling designs that align with brand guidelines and industry best practices, while considering accessibility and responsive design principles.
- Iterate and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users.
- Help create and maintain design systems and UI pattern libraries for consistent and scalable user interface development.
- Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies to contribute innovative ideas to the design process.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or Sketch.
- Familiarity with prototyping tools such as InVision, Figma, or Axure.
- Strong visual design skills with an eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
- Basic understanding of front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Experience with building React web applications is a plus.
- Portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects or samples is required.
