Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for developing designs and cognitive aptitude assessments and experiences across every conceivable medium. Researches what our users are doing and why. Assists with analytics, competitive analysis, and supports the research team. Maps out user flows and information architecture, developing easily digestible solutions. Defines problems and opportunities. Implements and maintains configuration control systems. Requires someone with a strong Front-End/UX design skillset, including developing code.
