The Design Team

The design team at Mercatus is powered by a culture of collaboration and accountability. Efficient iteration, open communication, and support whenever necessary are the pillars that help our team work well together.

With a great product that is both broad and deep, there are lots of opportunities to take ownership of and work on impactful projects.

We believe in inclusive, human-centered design practices and leverage a design thinking perspective that looks to engage, delight and produce positive, goal oriented outcomes for our organization and our clients. Yes, design is a process, but we also understand that sometimes the best ideas come from unconventional situations and methods, and not being afraid to ask critical questions and take calculated risks.
