UI/UX Designer (Application Development)

About the Opportunity:

Aspen Square Management, one of the nation’s largest privately held real estate investment and property management firms with over $2 Billion in assets, is seeking a creative, highly skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. The Designer will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities:

• Design and create user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas and concepts
• Conduct user research and testing to validate design decisions
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and user needs
• Create and maintain style guides and design systems
• Ensure consistency and usability across all platforms and devices
• Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends and technologies
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure design feasibility and implement design changes
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, user experience design, or a related field
• Proven experience as a UI/UX designer with a portfolio of web and mobile design work
• Proficient in design software such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript
• Experience with React and React Native is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
