As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and experiences for our educational products.In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and content creators, to design and enhance the user experience of our web and mobile applications.Responsibilities:
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure a cohesive and seamless user experience
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design
Requirements
For the upcoming UI/UX Designer role, these are the key skills and qualifications to consider:
- A degree in a related field (eg. Graphic Design, User Experience Design) or significant relevant experience in UX/UI design
- Have at least three years of professional experience in the design industry at an intermediate level position in a public or private organization
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Zeplin, etc
- Portfolio showcasing user-centric and visual design skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration
- Good Organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends and methods
- Understanding of front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
- Have some knowledge and/or experience in Inclusive Design practices
