Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
- Develop visually compelling and user-friendly interface designs, adhering to brand guidelines and design principles.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data-driven insights.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure the feasibility and technical implementation of designs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and industry best practices to continuously improve design processes and deliverables.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and educate team members on the importance of UX/UI in product development.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of usability and accessibility standards.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating findings into design improvements.
- Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail and a passion for creating aesthetically pleasing interfaces.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment, while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field (or equivalent experience).
