Lead front end UI layout, visual design for all GJ website properties applying UX best practices.
Collaborate with the brand team, web developers and our home service brands to define and implement innovative solutions for the web product direction, visuals and experience.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, prototypes and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Work with graphic design, copywriter / content manager and developers as necessary to build web properties and applications.
Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and product stakeholders.
Collaborate on best practices for user testing efforts for all new designs and applications.
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback both at the beginning of projects or designs and to validate results.
Collaborate with the analytics team to report on page performance and apply learnings to future designs.
Ensure all web designs are compliant to Brand Integrity Guidelines.
Educate and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.
