Things You Might Do

Workhub is in a big growth phase, so you'll likely get your hands dirty in a little bit of everything. That said, here are some things you'll focus on:

• Understand product specifications and user psychology
• Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
• Create personas through user research and data
• Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
• Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
• Find creative ways to solve UX problems
• Cultivate buy-in for your ideas
• Deliver full designs and prototypes to developers
• Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends
• Be an awesome product designer!

Requirements:

• Strong portfolio of design projects (we want to know how and why, not just what!)
• Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
• Proficient in design software (e.g. Figma)
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Attention to detail – every pixel counts
• Analytical mind with a business acumen
• Excellent communication skills

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
