Lendus is a tech startup that is looking to revolutionize the rental industry by empowering small businesses and individuals to easily rent out equipment. Our platform is in the early stages of development, and we are seeking a dynamic UI/UX designer to help bring our vision to life.
As our UI/UX Designer, you will be instrumental in creating user-centric and engaging designs. You'll be working closely with our development team to transform your designs into a real product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop intuitive, usable, and engaging interactions and visual designs using tools such as Figma and Photoshop.
- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
- Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
- Collaboratively work with the development team to align vision and deliver quality design solutions.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to optimize current and future designs.
- Coordinate content, design, social media, pay-per-click (PPC) marketing and other activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant design tools. Basic HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
- Experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of responsive design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality design work.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Nice to have:
- Experience working in a collaborative team and directly with developers for the implementation of designs.
- Knowledge of Firebase, React, Jira, and Confluence.
